Exporting and retrieving your data

Edited

If you've used Paystack before, you may be used to exporting data directly from your transactions, customers, refunds, disputes, or payouts pages. That still works exactly as it did — and the new Dashboard adds a faster way to do it through the Command Center.

Export from any page, just as before

Every page that supported data export in the old Dashboard still does. Head to Transactions, Customers, Refunds, Disputes, or Payouts and use the export button as normal. Nothing has changed about how that works.

Use the Command Center to pull the data you need

For more specific or filtered cuts of your data, the Command Center is often faster. Instead of navigating to a page and configuring an export, just ask.

For example:

  • "Show me all failed transactions from last month."

  • "Which customers made more than 5 payments in the last 90 days?"

  • "List my refunds from the past two weeks."

  • "How many disputes were resolved in my favour this quarter?"

  • "What were my total payouts in October?"

When the AI retrieves your data, it will either download the file directly or send it to your email — and it will let you know which. For large datasets, email delivery is the more common path.

What you can ask about

The Command Center can retrieve data across all your core payment activity:

  • Transactions

  • Customers

  • Refunds

  • Disputes

  • Payouts
