Understanding your products and modules

Edited

The new Dashboard is built around a modular structure — what you see is shaped by the Paystack products active on your account. This article explains how that works.

The Dashboard shows what is relevant to you

Not every merchant uses every Paystack product. Rather than showing everyone everything, the Dashboard is designed to surface only what applies to your account. If a product isn't active for you, it won't appear in your navigation.

This keeps the experience focused — you're not navigating around products that have nothing to do with how you use Paystack.

What’s available right now

The current Dashboard covers Paystack's core payments experience and two product modules:

Payments — the foundation of every Paystack account:

  • Transactions

  • Customers

  • Refunds

  • Disputes

  • Settlements

Products — additional Paystack products, visible if active on your account.

More products are coming

The Dashboard is designed to grow. We built it with composability at its core — each product is a self-contained module that can be added to the experience independently. As Paystack launches new products over the year, they'll appear in your Dashboard when they're relevant to your account.

If you're interested in a product you don't currently have access to, reach out to our support team or speak to your account manager.
