Using the new Dashboard on mobile

The new Paystack Dashboard is fully responsive. Everything you can do on desktop, you can do on your phone — no separate app required.

We designed the mobile experience with one principle: no functionality should be lost on a smaller screen. Every page, every action, and every piece of information available on desktop is available on mobile. The layout adapts to your screen size, but the experience is the same.

This includes the Command Center. You can ask the AI questions, view generated charts, and access your saved insights from your phone just as you would on a desktop.

For pages with very large data tables — such as a full transaction history with thousands of rows — the table is simplified on mobile to fit the screen without sacrificing readability. You'll see the most important columns; the full view is available on desktop if you need it.

Use the Command Center for quick lookups: Instead of navigating to a page and scrolling through a table, ask the AI directly — it's often faster on mobile.

Tap any transaction, customer, or dispute to open its detail page, where you can take action just as you would on desktop.

The sidebar collapses on mobile. Tap the menu icon at the top left to access navigation.
