How to report an accessibility issue
If you encounter something in the Paystack Dashboard that's difficult or impossible to use because of an accessibility barrier, we want to hear about it.
How to get in touch
Contact our support team through the main support channel and let us know what you experienced. The more specific you can be, the faster we can investigate and fix it.
What to include in your report
A useful accessibility report tells us:
What you were trying to do — e.g. "I was trying to navigate to the Disputes page"
What happened instead — e.g. "The focus indicator disappeared and I couldn't tell where I was on the page"
The assistive technology you're using — e.g. screen reader name and version, or that you're using keyboard-only navigation
Your browser and device — e.g. Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone
You don't need to have all of this to reach out — any detail helps.
What happens next
We review every accessibility report. Depending on the issue, we may follow up with questions, and we'll work to fix it in an upcoming update. We don't always have an exact timeline to share, but we take these reports seriously and they directly influence what we prioritise.
