Starter Businesses on Paystack can upgrade to a Registered Business by sending a business upgrade request from the Paystack Dashboard. With this upgrade, the collections limit on your business is removed and you're able to use all our features, such as Transfers.
How do I upgrade my Starter Business?
- Near the top right corner of your dashboard, you should see a red drop-down box that says 'Starter Business', click on it to reveal a link to upgrade your business. Click on this link.
- The link should redirect you to the Upgrade Business tab in your dashboard settings. Here you would need to provide us with additional information to upgrade your business. It should look like the image below:
Important to note:To upgrade your Starter Business to a Registered Business, you have to provide us with the verification documents specific to your country. To know what we require, please refer to this article: What are the requirements for using Paystack as a Registered Business?
- Once you provide us with all the required information simply click on 'Send Upgrade Request'. All done.
