Offline top-ups for Kenya-based businesses
Businesses in Kenya can now make offline top-ups. On your Paystack Dashboard, you can upload the proof of payment made through bank transfers, track the status of the top-up, and view the top-up details.
We understand that managing large top-up requests can be difficult, and we are committed to making this process as effortless as possible. This new feature makes it easy for businesses to make top-up requests without reaching out to Paystack for confirmation or to track the status of the top-up.

Benefits of offline top-ups for your business
Seamless verification: Easily upload the proof of payment for verification, ensuring quicker processing and confirmation.
Improved tracking: You can keep track of all your top-up requests and know when they are applied to your Paystack Balance.
How to use the offline top-up feature
Go to your Paystack Dashboard, and on the home page, click 'top-up.'
On the pop-up window, click 'Top up Balance' and Select the 'Offline top-up via bank transfer option.'
You will be provided with Paystack's bank account details for the transfer. Please use the 'details of payment' as the reference number when making the payment.
In the 'upload confirmation of bank transfer' section, upload your proof of payment so our team can apply the correct balance to your account. Please note that you can only upload one proof of payment at a time. Once uploaded, click 'submit'.
Tracking your top-up requests
Go to the Balance page on your Paystack Dashboard and click the 'Offline Topups' tab.
When you click on an entry, you will see more information about the top-up request, including the proof of transfer uploaded and a timeline of actions performed on it. If a top-up request is rejected, the reason will be indicated in the comments section.
