International payment eligibility

Businesses on Paystack can accept payments from their international customers. However, we do not enable international transactions for certain types of businesses, and some may require additional scrutiny before approval. This is because these business categories may pose higher risks or have specific regulatory requirements that need to be addressed.

• Cryptocurrency businesses

• Real estate businesses

• Mobile wallet businesses

• Betting businesses

• Agritech businesses - i.e. businesses offering agricultural investment opportunities

• Investment and other financial service businesses

• Lottery and online gaming businesses

• Data resellers

• Electronic businesses - i.e. mobile phone sellers, television sellers etc.

• Lending businesses

• Cooperatives and saving businesses

• Building materials businesses

• Solid minerals and precious stones businesses

• Car dealers

• Pageantry and contest businesses

• Herbal or pharmaceutical businesses

• Political parties

• Private charter jet businesses
