Cancelling your subscription to a Paystack business
You can cancel your subscription to any business on Paystack by clicking on the 'Manage Subscription' button in the email you received when you first subscribed to the plan. This email is also known as the subscription activation email, and it looks like the one below.
How to find the subscription activation email
Please follow the steps below to learn how to find this email in your inbox quickly.
Go to your email inbox and click the search bar using 'Your subscription is now active' as the search query.
Find the email on the first page of the search results.
Open it to find the subscription activation email and click on 'Manage subscription'. You will be redirected to your subscription profile, where you'll see a 'cancel subscription' button. Click on this and confirm the action.
You can also cancel a subscription by using the 'Manage subscription' button in the charge reminder emails we send before we charge you for an active subscription.
If you no longer have access to the Subscription activation email, or you can't find any of the reminder emails, please get in touch with the business's team through one of their support channels (social media, email or phone call) and tell them you want to unsubscribe.
If you are unable to reach the business, send an email to support@paystack.com. In your email, explain that you want to unsubscribe from a plan. Also, do not forget to attach a screenshot of one of the receipts of payment you got after you completed a payment for the plan. This receipt will help our team quickly find the plan and cancel your subscription.
