After signing up on Paystack, we’d need to collect some more information from you to activate your business. We collect this information via the Paystack Dashboard under the Compliance tab.
What information do you need for my business?
We require different types of compliance information based on your business type, and we've broken down the required information for the different types below.
Starter Businesses for Ghana based merchants
As a Ghana-based Starter business, we simply require you to provide us with your contact/business owner information, a valid means of government-issued identification (Passport, National ID card, Driver’s Licence or Voter's card), personal mobile money or bank account information and a document to stand as a proof of address. Registered Businesses for Ghana based merchants
For Ghana-based Registered businesses, we require different types of information from you based on your Registration type. We've outlined a brief overview of the different Regsitration types and what information we require below:
