Pay with PalmPay

Customers of Nigeria-based businesses have the option of making their payments with their PalmPay account. PalmPay is a financial technology platform that provides various financial services through its mobile app. It offers mobile payments, utility bill payments, high-yield investment opportunities, and accessible tools for managing personal and business finances.

Important to note

Please ensure your PalmPay wallet is fully funded to fulfil a transaction before you try the payment.


To make a payment via the Pay with PalmPay channel, all you need to do is follow these steps:

  1. Choose ‘PalmPay’ under the Bank option on the Paystack Checkout.

  2. Click on 'Authenticate' to be redirected to your PalmPay account. Just so you know, you may be redirected to your account via your browser or on the app, and you may need to sign into your account if you are logged out.

  3. Once signed into your account, choose your Balance as the payment method and click 'Confirm to Pay.'

  4. Input your PalmPay pin to authorise and complete the payment.


Frequently asked questions

Can customers make recurring payments with the Pay with PalmPay channel?

It's currently not possible for customers to make recurring payments with the Pay with Bank payment channel.
