Pay with Mobile Money

The Pay via Mobile Money channel which is currently available in Ghana and Kenya allows customers to pay you by entering their phone number enabled for mobile money.

When customers choose to pay via this channel, they will receive a prompt on the mobile device attached to their number. The prompt will ask them to confirm the payment via an OTP sent to the device. After inputting the OTP, the customer will be asked to complete the authorisation with their PIN and confirm the payment.

2. Input your mobile money number

3. Choose your provider

4. Click on Confirm

The charge per transaction via this channel is 1.95%. In Kenya, the charge per transaction is 1.5%.

It's currently not possible for customers to make recurring payments with the Pay with Mobile Money payment channel.
